Fiesta; The party is over...
|
So Ford have now shit-canned their popular small car that was still outselling many of its rivals.
Time to hold onto good ones as they are only going to go up in value in the next few months.
Made me think, What other manufactures/brands have pensioned off one of their best selling products, and made you think 'What the Fuck?'
I'll start with; Cadbury's Old Jamaica..

Not one specific product, but it appears that the growth of decent smartphone cameras has pretty much killed off the market for simple compact cameras.
I recently bought a good second-hand Cyber-shot as frankly even the mid-range Lumix camera I've got has too many buttons/settings for me, and I leave my phone at home whenever I can.

Presumably the jazz mag is long gone already?
I suppose there may still be a limited market for Norman Stanley Fletcher et al to pin up on their walls?

Blooming hell, didn't know it was still available. I've not seen it in the shops for ages.
To be fair, I've been looking for an orange wrapper with a pirate ship on it though..

Bought a Fiesta ST-3 last year, was going to hang onto it but, although it's fun to drive, it's a bit bouncy for my old bones, chopping it in for something a bit more comfortable.

Lee - you can still get Findus crispy pancakes. Birds Eye now do them, but apparently they're 75p more expensive!

Birdeye have removed all the good stuff (artificial colours, flavours and preservatives).
They're shit.
